                        RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Twenty-three year veteran of the City of Miami Police Department, including eighteen years in the Traffic Division including motorcycle officer, accident investigation, DUI Task Force (1983-1985 and 1987-1988).
 
Established the Alcohol Testing Program for the City of Miami, and assisted with the DRE Program. Re-designed the forms that are used in processing of DUI’S. Composed along with J Greenfield of the State Attorneys Office the
Implied Consent that is was used in Dade County, Florida.
 
AWARDS
 
 Miami Police Department Administrative Excellence Award, 1992 for efforts put forward in establishing new forms.
